Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms and Microsatellites such as Simple Tandem
Repeats mark the genetic history of the movements of humans over the planet.
This talk will explore some of the implications of mutations, the
Wright-Fisher model, coalescence, and their consequences in identifying
movements of Phoenicians and other populations from and through Lebanon.
