Waiting for the LHC: Exploring the Quantum Universe
Exciting opportunities are in store for particle physics over the coming
decade, with new tools and experiments poised to explore the frontiers of
high energy, the smallest distance scales, and processes of great rarity.
The Large Hadron Collider at CERN will begin the exploration of higher energy
scales than ever before and fundamental discoveries are anticipated.
