Do Spin Glasses have Phase Transitions?

The mean field theory of spin glasses predicts that there is a sharp phase
transition both in zero magnetic field and in the presence of a field (the AT
line). The latter is particularly surprising because this transition to a
glassy state occurs without a change of symmetry. In this talk I will use
Monte Carlo simulations combined with finite-size scaling to investigate
whether these transitions occur in real systems.
