POSTER
PRESENTATION SESSION
The Poster
Presentation Session will be held on Saturday evening,
following the dinner program.
However, please
plan to mount your posters on Friday evening. The posters
will be open for viewing for the duration of the
conference.
POSTER AWARDS
& SHORT TALKS
The top three
posters presented by students or postdocs will receive a
cash prize. The poster award winners will also have an
opportunity to present a short talk on their poster during
the Sunday morning session.
Please mount your
posters upon arrival on Friday night, for full consideration
for the poster awards. We will notify award winners as early
as possible on Saturday. Poster talk presenters may use any
of the following presentation options: console computer
(PC), personal laptop, or document scanner. Plan ahead, and
bring materials for a short presentation with you to the
meeting.
SIZE
Poster
boards will be standard size, 6 ft wide x 4 ft
high.
Push-pins
will be available.
DISPLAY
AREA
Posters
will be displayed in the Atrium of the Math and Science
Center.
POSTER
MOUNTING/REMOVAL
Posters
may be mounted upon arrival, and taken down at the end of
the conference.
