Professor Connie Roth honored as Fellow of the American Physical Society
Professor Connie Roth has been honored as an American Physical Society (APS) Fellow. The APS Fellowship Program recognizes members who have made advances in physics through original research and publication, or made significant innovative contributions in the application of physics to science and technology. She has also made significant contributions to the teaching of physics, and to service and participation in the activities of the Society.

Professor Roth also garnered the NATAS Fellows Award from the North American Thermal Analysis Society. The award recognizes a history of distinguished scientific achievement, a significant technological accomplishment, and/or outstanding scholarship in the field of thermal analysis. In honor of this, she presented a plenary talk in August 2019 at the 46th Annual NATAS Conference in Newport, Rhode Island.
