Emory's Physics Department
provides a comprehensive physics education and
research training at both the graduate and undergraduate
levels. We offer Ph.D. and M.S. degrees as well as five different undergraduate
degree programs. Research programs focus on theoretical and
experimental soft-condensed matter physics and experimental
molecular biophysics,
and offer our students exciting opportunities to work closely
with leaders in these fields. We are located in one of Emory's newest
academic buildings, the Mathematics and Science Center, a spacious,
award-winning "Green" building
that provides state-of-the-art research and teaching facilities,
a planetarium and observatory.
