• Kimm Antell -- we once spent a whole day making up lyrics for the "Gump" song by Weird Al. Note that Kimm is famous.
• Charles "Philo" Baroud -- we used to sing songs while we worked on our experiment together. ("The water in the annulus goes round and round.")
• John Burgess -- one of the few physicist-drummers I know (I know two). We once used the phrase "in SANE" in a paper.
• John Crocker -- taught me about "jimmies", IDL, and wasabi sauce.
• Scott Franklin -- we both spent spring '00 stressing out about looking for jobs, fortunately we both found jobs! He's been at Rochester Institute of Technology since fall '00.
• Stephanie Jones -- I've played lots of bridge with her, in Austin. Her blog is here.
• David Lin -- several times he won awards for having the best named D&D character.
• Keng-hui Lin -- probably the most cheerful person I met at U Penn; every photograph I've ever taken of her, she has a huge smile. I once wrote a haiku for her which maybe someday I'll post here.
• Tom Solomon -- when we worked together our experiment had a larger height to weight ratio than any other in our lab.
• Steve Van Hook -- he taught me everything I know about Dutch pottery. He's not too bad at croquet.
• Chris Wiggins -- we once tried to do an experiment with a cafeteria tray. We didn't get very far.
